SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC IMAGING IN ASTRONOMY WITH

Instrument

The instrument will be installed at the Nasmyth focus of NTT.

This installation is composed of three sets of equipement :
- the cryostat assembly and its fore-optics mounted on the telescope’s fork via the NTT supporting frame,
- the supporting equipment located in the Nasmyth room near the cryostat assembly,
- the auxiliary equipment stored in the back of the Nasmyth room when not in use.

News

The Cryostat is currently under construction. Expected delivery in May 2023.

The cryostat 100mK has been installed and tested at the APC in September 2023.
